Orata In Crosta Di Patate (Recipe)


  •  1 Sea bream fillet  150/200 gr
  • 2 Red Potatoes
  • Extravergin olive oil
  • Salt, black peppers
  • Rosemary



Cleaned, filleted and remove the skin from bream. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. In a lightly oiled baking dish arrange a layer of potatoes so that they are slightly overlapping (such as roof tiles). Lie down on the golden fillet and season with salt and pepper and a few needles of rosemary. Top with other slices of potato and finished with a drizzle of olive oil. Place in preheated oven and cook the bream for 12 minutes at 250 °
