Pizza Dough: Makes enough dough for two 10-12 inch pizzas

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (35-37°c)
  • 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) of active dry yeast
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour 00
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Topping:

anything you like.

The classic it’s margherita pizza with tomatoes , mozzarella and basil
