- 150g Digestive biscuits
- 50g Butter
- 300g Soft cream cheese
- 390g Double cream
- 115g Sugar
- ½ Vanilla pod
- 2 Gelatine leaves
- Blitz biscuits and melt the butter.Mix togheter and divide into the moulds and smooth.
- Whip the cream to a soft peak
- Cream the cream cheese,vanilla and sugar.
- Soak the gelatine in cold water and melt over low heat.Mix then into the cream cheese mixture
- Fold in the cream.Pipe the whole mix onto the set biscuit case
- Flush the top and chill
